Our Organizing Committee of ICAVS14 welcomes sponsors and exhibitors from interested companies and institutions.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• Please fill out exhibition application form and email it to theI ICAVS 14 Sponsorship Secretariat (icavs14@icavs14.org)

• The payment must be made within a month from the issue date of your invoice.

• Please send the receipt to the secretariat for confirmation of full payment.

• All of the amount must be transferred to the bank account.

• The deadline for the application is May 29 (Fri.), 2027

• All sponsorship categories and exhibition booths are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
